Description
Furikake Umejiso is a seasoning by Marumiya. It is based on shiso or perilla leaves, plum, seaweed and condiments to flavour or complement foods. Mix it well with rice that is still warm and wait 2 minutes to bring out the taste of Furikake. This seasoner is good to flavour various vegetables too. It matches well with cabbage, okra, cucumber, tomato, etc. Chop vegetables and empty water from the bowl. Sprinkle the seasoner on the vegetables and wait for a few minutes before eating.
