Kracie established in 1887 as a Cotton Trading Company in Tokyo and very soon was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
During World War II it lost almost all business facilities inside and outside Japan and started reconstructing of the company in 1946.
Today, Kracie operates in the fields of toiletries & cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and foods. In foods division, Kracie cover confectioneries, frozen desserts, functional foods and drink powders. They have a unique line-up of confectioneries including “Amaguri Muichaimashita” which ranks top in the natural confectionery market, DIY candy for kids called “Neru-neru Neru-ne”, and the “Frisk” refreshing breath mints, which have the largest share in the mints market. In the frozen desserts category, they offer various types of ice creams such as “European Sugar Cone” and soy milk ice creams that do not contain dairy products or eggs.
